Overview
We are a family mill of one hundred people located 80 km away from Paris. The traditional bakery is at the heart of our strategy and we are also developing our export activity. Every day, we select our French cereals and work on the quality of our organic and conventional types of flour, stone-ground or roller milledground on cylinders. Our sense of service is ensured by a solid sales team, our 9 consultant bakers and our in-house delivery team.
