Investment Focus: Currently our primary focus is on opportunistic resort investments in the Maldives islands, which are hailed as one of the most attractive hotel destinations globally. We invest in opportunities we believe to have potential to generate out-sized returns through value creation, with asymmetric risk-reward profiles. We generally seek to acquire assets at a discount to market with a particular focus on distressed opportunities.
