Moot Court Committee is the official mooting and other allied activities page of the Faculty of Law, BHU. MCC is a student-run body that functions under the able guidance and supervision of Dr. Prabhat Kumar Saha. The MCC was officially established in 2022. It consists of 3 appointed student representatives from the course of LL.B as well as B.A.LLB. Headed by one Student Coordinator and two Joint Coordinators. The Committee annually conducts the intra-moot court competition, which serves as the basis for selecting students to represent the university in both national and international competitions. Apart from maintaining a strong internal mooting structure, the Committee has successfully hosted 10th edition of Mahamana Malaviya National Moot Court Competition.
