We intend to create a new culinary story for everybody to enjoy in a very elegant and classic environment, by adopting modern techniques to the local cooking, retaining the virtues of simplicity, and focusing on local and seasonal differences of Georgia. Monograph’s Lounge is a Japanese cuisine Restaurant, beautifully designed with Levan Songulashvili's artwork. A modern interpretation of Asian cuisine is a unique experience for gourmet enthusiasts. A lounge bar with Innovative cocktails, old-fashioned classics, and special blends with some of the finest beverages and Georgian ingredients are offered in a comfortable and luxurious setting. The Rooftop Terrace is a fusion of international cuisines creating a special style and taste in addition to fascinating rooftop sights and views on historical buildings of Tbilisi.
