Our company was established in 1400H/1980G. We mainly focused on contracting activity and Aluminum manufacturing for doors, windows, and frames. From the beginning, we were striving for excellence. In other words, we were the first whom used techniques that are used nowadays such as concrete pump and ready-mix concrete from batching plant instead of regular in-site manual mixing concrete. Later on, we established an automatic block factory in 1418/1998 as a desire to extend our activities in a way to become a company for manufacturing that provides all kinds of construction materials. Thankfully, we were successful in marketing the company products to some government projects. For example, our company was included as one of the supplier companies for Makkah projects in Muzdalifah in 1420 that’s besides other private commercial, residential, and medical projects such as Jeddah Doctors Hospital. In 1433/2012 we studied the idea of establishing a ready-mix concrete factory as an extension to the alliance of building and construction material manufacturing goals and subsequently fulfilling the intended strategic goals. All praise is due to Allah, the dream came true; we successfully established an integrated factory that is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, manned by highly skilled and trained personnel. It’s important to note that, experience gained in the manufacturing and contracting field and the availability of specialized knowledge in ready-mix concrete field were the main pillars in establishing Modon Albina factory.
