Jim Nicol created MODBOX Buildings, because after 25 years in the industry, he saw a need for a quicker more sustainable way to build for our New Zealand climate and budget. Jim believes this system means stronger, more durable, energy efficient, smarter designs. MODBOX focuses on simple modular, modern designs that are simple to construct and more environmentally efficient to live in.
