Mobility 21 is a regional effort dedicated to the development of solutions to the transportation issues facing Southern California. PRIMARY GOALS • Support solutions to Southern California’s transportation challenges; • Mobilize regional support for transportation funding and legislative priorities; and • Unite elected leaders around common priorities for transportation.
