MLT. was founded in Manchester in March 2020 amidst the UK's first national lockdown. Our founder, Andrew, was a Restaurant Manager and worked closely with delivery partners like Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats. After being furloughed on and off and later losing his job, he decided to use his industry knowledge to create his own brand. The business started as a local food delivery service in Manchester's Green Quarter, delivering quality toastie meal deals and brownies. We also used this opportunity to bring groceries and medicine to a number of vulnerable residents who were unable to leave their homes. With a great reception and lots of happy customers, the next challenge was to scale up. We have now partnered with Base MCR just a stones throw away from where it all started, we have expanded and continue to develop our menu and we're now available for delivery through all the delivery platforms mentioned previously. We've come a long way, but we're still just getting started!
