Overview

MIST (the Muslim Interscholastic Tournament) is a fun, educational, interactive Nonprofit of competitions and workshops geared towards bringing high school students together from around the nation to develop leadership, communication, and other creative skills in order to develop a strong identity. MIST Florida was founded in 2012 in Orlando, FL as an official region of MIST. Since then, MIST FL has moved it's headquarters to Gainesville, FL to better serve the needs of our rapidly growing tournament. Though MIST was started as a "Muslim" competition, our growth has exceeded any faith or religion-based bounds. Students of all backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to participate in MIST.
