Heategevusfond Minu Unistuste Päev is a foundation that fulfills dreams of severely ill children in Estonia. We offer the children and their families encouragement, stress-relief, emotional support and pure joy. Our foundation was started as a private initiative and our activities are based on voluntary work. We work all over Estonia and are proud to have 100+ volunteers
