Overview

minMAX develops Teams and Leaders. minMAX began as a partnership between two very different people: Jason, a former special ops soldier turned people leader and Adam, a former physicist turned agile leader. Jason believes that leaders have an enormous impact on the lives of others and, since we spend a third of our life at work, it shouldn’t suck. Adam believes in the ingenuity and brilliance of humans working together and the need for more humanity in the workplace (something that’s often missing!). We develop teams to have a real and resonant ‘togetherness’, with the ability to handle hard conversations and tackle the challenges that really matter. We work to grow a mindset of continuous improvement and transparency, allowing new perspectives and enabling scaling without sacrificing agility. We develop leaders to become the most authentic version of themselves, with a conscious competence and capability to handle the challenges of leadership without sacrificing humanity. We focus on practical application and authentic collaboration with a deep understanding of the individuals and organisations we partner with. We tailor our approach to you - using a combination of coaching, consulting, training and facilitating - to create results that last.
