Cabinet is the country’s prime executive decision-making body, and operates under the direction of and reporting to the UAE Supreme Council. Cabinet provides a collective forum for Ministers to decide significant government issues. It is the instrument which reconciles Ministers’ individual responsibility for their portfolios with their collective responsibility for government as a whole.
