Mindfulness 360 offers online mindfulness based coaching and training programs for improving mental performance and enhancing wellbeing. Our training activities are designed to cultivate “life skills” for improving attention and focus, reducing stress and increase psychological resilience and flexibility. Combining modern psychology with mindfulness contemplative practices, the programs invite us to alter the way we perceive our experiences and relate to our inner and outer world. Activities are developed to help participants: • increase clarity and focus • manage uncertainty, difficulties and stress • enhance critical thinking and creativity • improve communication and cooperation
