Overview

MSSC’s mission statement is to provide efficient and high quality service within and o MIKI Group. Miki Shared Service Centre (MSSC) was established in February 2011, currently just over 5 years. Upon establishment of the company, we immediately started our mission, which was to set up “Global Quotation Department” to take over all quotation tasks from the sales offices in Japan and Asia. In the beginning, there were only 14 quotation staffs with 2 management and administration staffs. Slowly, we have expanded and at the moment, there are 190 staffs in MSSC. In addition to Global Quotation Department, others include Global Data & Tariff Department, Global Accounting Department, Global IT Service Department, Regional Inbound Department which consists of Group Hotel Operation, FIT Hotel Operation, E-Biz Maintenance, Network Operation UK, Network Operation France and SEA Operation. Human Resources and Administration Department is also set up to support the entire company. We aim to achieve work efficiency in the future when all department/section has successfully been stabilized. Perhaps one day, we can see our staffs from different department communicating among each other and working together very closely in the same area. Nevertheless, we will continue to improve ourselves!
