Overview

This Community is led by Mohak More (Speaker) who is the source for this cause and all other members are the support of the Speaker. Each Member has unique career in his/her life and wants to share their career goals for contributing and participating in this project. Without the contribution of the members, the seminar wouldn’t have been possible. Unique thing about the community of this project is everyone has got accomplished many education qualifications, but they are yet to achieve their goals in future to have success in their career. Thus, the community would not focus on their past but will focus to shape their future. The community’s mission is to create awareness of why economic development is necessary than it is important and how does students career affect’s on economy. Even having major growth in our economy, students are still facing problems in finding a decent job, failed start-up’s, unable to continue existing business, high qualification but low salary jobs. All these problems also lead to unwillingly changing in the career path of a student, Effect on the mental health of the student and his family. Bringing an awareness and showing them new pathways can change the perspective of a student to planning and execution in his career in the right direction which he/she wants !! and thus will fulfill the need of high economy growth in future.
