Mediation is about empowering clients to make a negotiated agreement that best fits their unique situation. At Midtown Mediation, we offer our clients an alternative to the court system, making it a more time and cost effective option. We work with our clients to create parenting plans, divide assets, formalize child support, as well as to resolve ongoing conflict to ensure the best interest of the child(ren) are being met.
