Abu Dhabi Touristic Investment Company, ADTIC; is the first fruits of investment cooperation between Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. It is a joint stock company subject to the provisions of Law No. 43 of 1974 issued concerning Arab and Foreign Capital Investment System and Free Zones as amended by Law No. 32 of 1977 and the implementing regulations thereof.
