Michael Teys is a strata expert with over 30 years’ experience in strata titled property issues. He is an advisor to corporate and institutional owners of strata property and provides training to strata managers and allied property professionals. Michael is a member of the City Futures Research Centre at UNSW, where he is currently completing his thesis.
