At MHI, we have developed, tested and successfully deployed an innovative and industry changing Offsite Volumetric Build Process that serves the Residential Construction Sector in Ireland. Our build system produces Residential Dwellings through a series of volumetric modules manufactured offsite. Up to 90% of dwellings are completed within our Factory, leaving the remainder to be completed onsite.
