At Metro Collaborative, we work to connect innovative leaders from all walks of the health care community for purposes of networking, local relationship building, and cross-field healthcare education. These collaborative relationships create a unique opportunity for both personal and professional growth along with access to a trusted community of peers. By providing greater access to professionals of differing healthcare niches, patients are offered a higher-quality level of care. How It Works: Through group dinners, members have the chance to get to know to one another, while also showcasing formal presentations regarding their expertise. Fellow members gain insight into each other's passions, values, business models, and the ‘ins and outs’ of other health fields. With the facilitation of one of our company leaders, a tight-knit clinical community, founded on the ideals of mutual understanding and collective trust, emerges. Retreat - Geared for clinicians and business owners wanting to deepen their skills in leadership, self-care, and strategic decision-making. We host our attendees at The Villa Serena in the Dominican Republic in the late summer and early winter.
