We use the principles of service design to arrive not just at what value a business could give a customer, but to blueprint what the organisation needs to do to give the customer that value. Every stakeholder is taken through a visualisation of the customer’s experience, so they see their role in the larger picture and are inducted in a manner of co-creation.
