Logic Capital invests in great companies. We approach each investment from a unique perspective as we are first and foremost operators, who have a history of starting and building companies. We offer owners the opportunity to retire, managers the opportunity to make a partial buy-out and corporates the opportunity to sell non-core assets. We treat employees of the companies we invest in fairly while protecting the interest of all stakeholders. We typically invest in companies that have revenues over $20M.
