MEGO – your nearest store for almost 20 years! Founded in 1999, Mego is one of the largest locally-owned retail chains, which includes 90 stores in Latvia. To execute this strategy, in 2014 „Mego” acquired IKI retail chain thus becoming an even more competitive Latvian market player. With high professionalism, we serve more than 120,000 satisfied customers daily. Mego stores are located in the largest Latvian cities: Riga, Daugavpils, Liepāja, Jelgava, Jūrmala, Ventspils, Rezekne, Ogre, Valmiera, Jekabpils, Tukums, Salaspils, Cesis, Ludza, Sigulda, Talsi, and Bauska. We constantly seek ways to be closer to you, our dear customer! Thus, we analyze market trends and consumer habits, and we chose the best and varied products, so you can always find on our shelves the thing your heart longs for! Mego ensures both high-quality products and services. Company Dive's research of retail sector customer service quality listed Mego in third place. In this study, „mystery shoppers” were evaluating such criteria as tidiness and order in the shops, staff courtesy, responsiveness, interest in customer needs, and competence for customer service procedures. Mego team has more than 2500 employees and we are one of the biggest social taxpayers in the country. The total turnover of Mego in 2020 exceeded 200 million Eur.
