Imperial Developers & Builders (Private) Limited is a leading Construction and Real Estate company currently developing a state of the art building defining Pakistan’s Real-Estate landscape. Mega Corporate Tower, the project mentioned above is a 30 storey LEED certified commercial building in Karachi, the financial hub of Pakistan. The development has a total gross built area of 485,000 sq ft, with total rentable space of 247,000 sq ft. The building has nine parking floors (400 parking spaces), two floors of flexible multi-use space and thirteen floors of office space. It is the first LEED certified construction in Pakistan with energy efficient features, reduced CO2 emissions and improved indoor air quality.
