The magic lies in groups Why groups? We all (at some level) believe that humans are meant to connect; to live and work together in groups and communities*. Groups are where collective work happens, where change happens, and where we're able to work with the complexity of our everyday world. Groups are where we can experience the inclusion of community and true belonging: connected and free. But, most people don't experience truly powerful and joyful group working because we generally live and work in a highly individualistic society, where we're conditioned to think we can (and even should) survive and thrive alone.
