Mediterráneo International, as part of Mediterráneo Culinary Center VET School, works as a host institution as part of the european mobility programs. In collaboration with various partnerships with local authorities that offer internships in many sectors in Valencia. Our team manages and collaborates with the realization and the implementation of educational programs, such us Erasmus+ projects. Erasmus + is the EU’s programme responsible to support education, training and experience abroad offering opportunities for people and organisations. During the recent years, we have been taking part in dozens of european projects as partner, encouraging the mobility of students, staff, youth workers, and young people. We receive around 500 students per year from all over Europe (and from different educational projects) as well as organise teaching, training and learning activities. The international team works also as partner of Erasmus+ KA2 research projects where it gives its contribution in creating new didactic units and new type of knowledge in gastronomy, sustainable business in the hospitality sector, intercultural communication and agriVET field. Currently we are working on various KA2 projects with partner from Latvia, Greece, Italy, Estonia, Austria, Poland, Holland, United Kingdom or Lithuania.
