Marcia brings a wealth of practice management expertise to every client’s project. In addition to her 20 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, Marcia built, ran and sold her own successful medical practice. She is now an Area Operations Manager, overseeing multiple medical practices, allied health and specialists clinics, where she is responsible for: developing business strategies; budgets and managing finances; recruitment, training and human resources; business contingency plans; patient services; accreditation; and overseeing day-to-day operations, including Medicare requirements. Marcia has extensive experience in startups and acquisitions with innovative development strategies to drive organisational growth.
