Our residential and shared living sector experience covers the full spectrum from temporary accommodation for the homeless and social housing through office to residential conversions, PRS, shared and co-living, student accommodation to prime residential new-builds and refurbishments of historic central London properties. We have developed specialist skills covering all aspects of statutory and market requirements ranging from planning, inclusive design, sustainability and technical standards applicable to each project category and local authority. We have over a decade long extensive practical experience in modular design and modern methods of construction ranging from volumetric timber and steel frame, ISO container, through to panelised and engineered timber frame construction. We have been pioneering this before it became the latest buzzword and have a clear understanding of which projects MMC is a viable option and also the projects where it is not.
