After launching two apps for iOS and Android within the United States to encourage in-person connections, Maven Software has exited privately and it's co-founders have moved on to other opportunities. We appreciate everyone who support our apps and provided us with feedback. In our busy world, it’s getting harder to meet IRL (in real life) to play active sports. Every day, millions of people meet to play competitive sports. Until now, people had to rely on ‘old school’ methods to connect with partners, schedule matches and track outcomes. You have to use email and group messaging apps to figure out who can play your favorite sport and when. We launched MatchPoint within in five major cities within the United States to encourage connections with local athletes. A good way to discover new friends, get paired up for matches, easily coordinate schedules and get prizes as you play, all in one convenient app.
