Maus Holze is a strategy consultancy. We create ideas and strategies that attract and retain the next generation of talent. We stand for innovative ideas, fresh perspectives and successful strategies. In 2022, Milan Maus and Paul Willi Holze, both born in 2002, joined forces to combine their academic and professional skills and proximity to youth culture to develop relevant and high-quality strategies for leading global companies. Milan Maus combines academic and practical skills in strategy development and creative problem solving. In addition to his studies in entrepreneurship and succession, he is experienced in building teams, developing and implementing successful strategies and advising business leaders. Paul Willi Holze brings his academic and analytical skills to our approach to management consulting. In addition to his studies in mathematics, physics and computer science, he graduated from high school as one of the top students in Germany. He has developed strategies for leading global companies and has received several awards from the German Physics Society.
