Since 2013, we have been roasting specialty coffee in small batches at our roastery in the foothills of Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains. Each of our offerings is the result of a meticulous and conscientious journey. Our small batch roasting process allows us to focus on accentuating the unique qualities possessed by each coffee. Our broader coffee philosophy is tied together with our emphasis on sustainable, socially-conscious sourcing and general business practices to ensure that each step in the chain – from seed to cup – is respected. In addition to other initiatives, 1% of our gross annual sales is donated to environmental nonprofits and these contributions are certified by 1% for the Planet.
