The Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) was established upon passage of the Cannabis Reform Act in May 2023 to implement a safe, accessible, and equitable medical and adult-use cannabis industry in the State of Maryland. MCA administers all licensing, registration, inspection, and testing measures for the State's cannabis industry, and educates patients, consumers, and the public on cannabis laws and regulations and safe and responsible cannabis use.
