The company is also a recognized as very proficient in Lean (Manufacturing and Engineering) and works with some of the leanest organizations in the world. It implements DDMRP / Demand Driven MRP. The company promotes the integration of the 3 main approaches: Lean, Six Sigma and TOC. The founder administrates the active LinkedIn discussion group “TLS – TOC, Lean & Six Sigma”.
