Maple Planning & Development Ltd is a commercially minded and customer focussed planning consultancy, based near Tunbridge Wells. The consultancy prides itself on in an depth knowledge of planning law, practice and policy, and the ability to utilise that knowledge to secure the best possible results for clients. The practice was founded in early 2018 by Paul Webster BA(Hons) DipTP MRTPI. Paul has an exemplary track record in the field of planning; which has encompassed time spent working in Local Authority, planning consultancy (including time as Director of an award winning multi disciplinary practice), and as Planning Director of a developer/strategic land promoter. That breadth of experience has honed Paul's understanding of the planning system, and his ability to critically evaluate key issues and identify the correct path to success.
