Mannagum Capital is an independent corporate advisory and investment firm that advises clients on corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestments, IPOs and private capital raisings. Mannagum Capital was founded by David Willington who has in excess of 25 years of investment banking and corporate advisory experience. David is a Chartered Accountant, a fellow of Finsia, a Commerce and Masters of Applied Finance degree and sits on a number of private and public company Boards.
