Managed Living Partnerships is a London based residential property management company with a difference. For several years Richard Kozak and Nigel Glen were directors of a Residential Management Company (RMC) at a large development (135 units) in SE1. They founded Managed Living Partnerships to provide the sort of service they knew was missing from the industry. Managed Living Partnerships, was established in London in July 2009 with an eye on future growth, investing heavily in systems, infrastructure and people. Our block management services are personal and designed around the unique requirements of each client whilst delivering the advantage of industry-standard systems to plan, monitor and control all aspects of routine services, maintenance and special projects involved in the management of apartments.
