Μαμά Πάπια* provides 1-1 life coaching sessions to parents who want to achieve their goals and need support in various areas of their life. The founder of Μαμά Πάπια is Stavrini Christina Catselli. Stavrini is a certified Life Coach, a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and ICF Greece Charter Chapter and she is passionate to support parents acknowledge, celebrate and motivate themselves so that they lead a fulfilling life. For Stavrini, a fulfilled life is a life in which the values of people align with what they do, what they say and the way they behave, further improving, in that way, the quality of their life and the life of those around them. Through her everyday life Stavrini is mindful of her truth in order to build the capacity to better connect with people, creating a world in which more people believe in their dreams so that their dreams can become true. In her free time, she likes to be with her family and her loved ones, to be close to nature, to exercise, to meditate and to dance like nobody is watching.
