During Hurricane Ike in 2008, our families' normal life disappeared overnight as the storm left a trail of destruction all around Houston. For two weeks, five families took shelter in the only house that has electricity; gathering around the table for comfort and community. When Mama Tang served us her signature gourmet dressing, we decided to share it with the world.
