At the very heart of the menu is tawouk. Malak Al Tawouk is a Lebanese based company established in Jounieh in 1996 that is led by industry veterans and successful entrepreneurs. Set to become amongst Lebanon’s largest street food concepts Malak Al Tawouk offers a Lebanese traditional specialty which consists of a secret recipe of marinated chicken breast served in Lebanese bread.
