Maé Innovation is specialized in the engineering and the manufacturing of high-precision silicone moulds, fermentation and baking trays as well as non-stick coatings for professional in the food industry. Since it has been created in 1994 under the impulse of Serge Granger, Meilleur ouvrier de France chocolatier, Maé innovates. We designed and manufactured all the first food silicone moulds for chocolate craftsmen, with a 1st patent filed few months later. Our philosophy has placed Innovation, Quality & Reactivity at the heart of our action. Maé’s team has a recognized expertise all over the world in the tailor-made silicone moulds and pieces as well as application of non-stick coatings.
