M-ighty improves the way medical insights are managed in a clinical patient-care setting. As a joint initiative of the Cronos group and Innomediq, we bring IT and patient care together to build better and more efficient information flows. Our services focus on patient vital signs and Early Warning Scores, bedside information collection and clear communication channels. Innovation in hospital care and nursing is increasing the patient safety and improving the clinical outcome of the hospital stay. Workload control, multi-disciplinarity, quality of care, anticipation, speed and availability of information are challenging today's healthcare. M-ighty developed a new concept of "Full Early Warning Management" that allows for an extremely efficient and automated IT-supported EWS management. Based on a state-of-the-art VitalSign-monitor that supports the nurses parameter collection, the registered EWS-information is clearly summarized at ward level (EAGLE-View) and directly communicated in case of alerts or modifications of the care activity (Call-To-Action) to the concerned caregivers. Additional digital bedside patient assessments complete the error-free real-time information flow in the hospital and create a seamless integration and synergie with the Electronic Patient Record and the hospital administration.
