M.E. Sicat Construction, Inc. is a holder of Contractor's General Engineering AAA. issued by the Philippine Contractor's Accreditation Board. M.E. Sicat Construction, Inc. was established in 1997. It has, since then, been engaged, and has been supportive of Government and Private Sector's efforts, in infrastructure project ranging from drainage system and flood control projects, roads, bridges, water supply, water treatment plant and system, sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant and system, Building and Industrial Plant.
