Overview

At a time often fuelled by despair, anger and uncertainty, we create brave, potent, yet compassionate, one-of-a-kind spaces of exploration of conflict within organisations. We aim to accompany individuals and teams in their understanding of their experience and in the resolution of issues affecting the achievement of their full potential. We use art for the exploration of the psyche, including theatre, storytelling, myth, music, movement, breath work and others, which result in unique experiences, often felt as deep personal journeys by our clients. The learning experienced through the expression of the body and the engagement of (often subconscious) emotions, is (by far) deeper than the impact of traditional programs, which favour an intellectual approach to the understanding of issues affecting corporations. Our current offering of workshops focuses on existential matters affecting individuals and teams (e.g. Identity, Burnout; Mid Life; Gender tensions; Diversity and Inclusion tensions, Trust and others). Having said that, we can tailor interventions to any address any corporate need. The workshops we organise are very intimate, for small numbers of participants, and they involve an intense and personal exchange of experiences. Our team includes clinical psychologists to ensure a safe container for the exploration of complex psychological matters. Our team also includes a breath of first hand, first class, corporate leadership experience, which enables us to design programs that are relevant to corporations.
