A business unit within Lucas Industries plc (a multi-national manufacturing/engineering business operating across aerospace, automotive and applied technology industries). Lucas Industries merged with the Varity Corporation in 1996 to form LucasVarity plc and was later acquired by TRW. Lucas Engineering & Systems was sold to CSC in the mid 90s.
