Overview

At LovIT we had a vision to improve the way companies and customers communicate with each other. We kept hearing about a lack of transparency, inefficiencies due to documentation not being understood, misaligned agreements and a delay in fixing maintenance issues. Working with clients we built and tested in market the PresentIT and DiagnoseIT tools to support the immediacy of recorded communication with someone over video and being able to give greater context to faceless written documents. The results have been fantastic, changing the way our clients do business and seeing their quote conversation rocket so now we’re bring the products to the wider market to help meet our vision.
