Louise Bodlander is an accredited Leadership and Career Coach and a qualified Counsellor. Louise coaches leaders in leadership effectiveness, leadership skills and leadership brand at all levels. She also is skilled in coaching people in their career pathway planning, career development and career transition. Louise also coaches people in workplace issues and hurdles. Working with personal and organisational conflict, managing yours and others wellbeing, managing your brand and working with inclusion. Louise is an experienced leader herself and is passionate about creating strong and capable leaders and passionate about helping people transition into the career they desire. Louise is also a qualified Counsellor that supports people in their general life issues, as well as Mental Health. Louise has also experience some of life's hurdles and can relate in counselling to clients facing these challenges. Louise looks to achieve an agreed plan for change, client driven goals and motivations to change. She has a supportive and caring approach to coaching and counselling, with strengths in active listening, reflective learning and seeing the bigger picture.
