Overview

The London College for Design & Fashion - Hanoi (previously known as London College for Fashion Studies) in Hanoi was established by the London Centre for Fashion Studies (London, UK - now become School of Design London, a part of Northumbria University) in 2004 as a fashion training educator in Vietnam. Over the years, LCDF – Hanoi has built a reputation for offering quality UK design education, which has proved to create many opportunities for our graduates in the international design industry and given them a valuable start to their careers. At LCDF - Hanoi we are dedicated to providing comprehensive design training programs for our students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge throughout the varied processes in the design industry; from initial idea generation and management studies to practical skills for the global design industry. LCDF - Hanoi empowers graduates with the confidence to embark on their career in the varied employment opportunities of the design industry. LCDF – Hanoi has made and continues to make numerous contributions to Vietnamese society as a whole. Providing scholarships for talented students, professional training development for Vietnamese Textiles & Garment Corporation and a representation across various media outlets including: Vietnam fashion Week, Dep Fashion Show and television shows including; Fashion and Life – VTV3 and Fashion Studio VTV6, to name but a few. As per our slogan “Driving Design Foward”, LCDF – Hanoi continue to strive to help individuals and organizations achieve success in a variety of careers in the design industry.
