LivSmart is a specialist psychosocial management consulting firm working at national, regional and local levels. LivSmart helps people with psychosocial disability participate fully in their community by helping create better support services. We do this by using our management consulting skills in service planning, training, market assessment, costing, workforce planning and development, governance, and alternative employment models to provide expert advice and support to psychosocial disability providers, funders, peak bodies and advocacy groups.
