Launched in spring 2009 as a hot new label on the scene, the brand was immediately embraced within the young fashion circles in our home country's capital. Playful, fun and fashion forward, Liquorish strives for consistent individuality, innovative designs and impeccable attention to detail. Liquorish was very quickly recognised as a brand to be reckoned with and celebrities such as Lucy Watson, Rihanna, Alesha Dixon, Tulisa, Pixie Geldof, Daisy Lowe and Emma Bunton have all been regularly spotted in pieces from our Collections. The media frenzy that followed has propelled the label to the top of the Grazia fashion charts on multiple occasions. Furthermore, due to such extensive coverage, in 2009 the Liquorish line was selected as the focus of the 5th task of BBC’s ‘The Apprentice’. Liquorish takes much of its inspiration from vintage designs from all eras, whilst particularly favouring contemporary shapes and bold prints that are unique to the brand. The label has evolved and is continuing to grow, however it will always have its staple eye catching digital prints, jacquards and hand-made sequin pieces in beautiful striking colour combinations. In the summer of 2011 Liquorish design team decided to take their collection to the next level and introduced a full range of complementary accessories including beautiful bags, statement jewellery pieces and belts designed to complete any wardrobe. The addition of accessories to our collections has meant the company has gone from strength to strength, with demand growing exponentially we only thought it fair to make our collections available to women worldwide!
