Our mission is to welcome talented and passionate individuals from a variety of ethnic, racial and socio-economic backgrounds into the craft beer industry. We introduce BIPOC individuals to craft beer opportunities, identify areas of the industry where they could learn more about, and help them move into the industry as professionals or owners via financial assistance and our wide industry network.
